About Me

I was born and raised in Nottingham, England until I moved to the United States in 2003 to pursue a career in soccer training. Throughout my early years in the United States I was given the opportunity to coach across the country, and truly appreciate many of the sights and experiences that the US has to offer. In 2009 I began to attend Mercer County Community College, where I obtained my AS in Exercise Science. From there I transferred to Kean University, where I graduated from in 2013 with a BA in Physical Education and Health for grades K-12. After graduation I taught Physical Education in both the Readington and Springfield school districts .

I am very excited to now be teaching in the Summit Public School district, and I look forward to my future here. As a PE teacher, there is nothing more satisfying than watching your students develop their fundamental locomotor skills over time through persistent practice and specific instruction. A great teacher can recognize and acknowledge the talents and challenges each individual student has, then help each student subsequently develop necessary skills and techniques.
